ESAH,Inc (Jerson) worked as the CO consultant during our recent SAP implementation. His dedication to the job and to the software was undeterred even though we went through some tough times. He was always ready to help and did it with a joke and a smile. He knows the system and is able to present his knowledge in different ways if you don’t catch on quickly. He will work as late into the night as you want to and is driven to make the client happy. He always interfaced with other tracts very well and sometimes was the mediator of difficult situations. To this day, several months after he has left, I can contact Jerson and still receive the personable, helpful response that I did when he stood in my office. On top of all of this, I also have the privilege to call Jerson my friend.
