Material Ledger top down values analysis app.
It is a custom application that presents you with a wealth of insightful material ledger values by different business scenarios, all leading to the beloved material price analysis app (CKM3), in a top down fashion. So you can appreciate the forest before the trees.
Values are summarized by scenarios, such as procurement, production, purchase order, price changes, material transfer, MR22 and so on.
This app allows for a high level analysis (by company code, valuation area, year , period, to name a few), before deciding which lower level details are the ones requiring further scrutiny at the material price analysis level.
This app is intuitive, and at the same time, is very telling of the business operations, allowing transparency on how variances move through the supply chain, keeping its integrity with accounting postings.
It provides actionable information which is what is expected from a business report.
You can navigate through this report in a way that you will make sense of the variances identified, calculated and pushed within the supply chain by the actual costing run app, making it simple to understand values managed within the actual costing functionality.
This top-down report is installed using a package that performs appropriate configuration checks and validations before codes can be added. Some material ledger configuration relevant only to the top down capability is introduced.
Actual costing functionality must be active to make the price determination structure available within material price analysis app.

Manufacturing Variances
It is a custom application that based on the configuration set up for manufacturing cost center cost splitting will produce a report showing total cost center’s variance (Total actual charges in a manufacturing cost center minus the total absorbed cost) allocated to each manufactured product, making it visible the relationship between the manufacturing cost center and the product regardless of the production orders.
Mass material price analysis
It is a custom application that eases the aggregated material price analysis based on the out of the box CKM3. it will allows the identification of any correction that may be needed for correctness.
